CycleX Network
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the CycleX Network websites, dashboards, APIs, developer tools, security tools, monitoring features and related software services (the "Services"). CycleX Network is the supplier and licensor of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, API keys, webhook secrets and other access credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or exposes the Services to unauthorized users.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Services for lawful internal, development and production purposes subject to the limits of your plan and the documentation. You must not:
- attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, rate limits or security controls.
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users.
- use the Services to distribute malware or to conduct unauthorized access, fraud or abuse.
- misrepresent CycleX Network data as independently verified when it has not been independently verified.
- use automated access in a manner that materially degrades the Services or violates published API limits.
- resell or sublicense the Services except under a separate written agreement.
4. Submitted data and blockchain identifiers
You retain any rights you have in information you lawfully submit to the Services. You give CycleX Network permission to process wallet addresses, asset or contract addresses, transaction hashes, watchlists, webhook destinations and related inputs only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the Services. Public blockchain information may already be publicly available and immutable.
CycleX Network does not require your wallet seed phrase or private key to provide the standard Services. You should never send a seed phrase or private key to us through support, forms, APIs or any other channel.
5. On-chain intelligence and security information
CycleX Network provides technical and informational risk intelligence based on available blockchain, market, liquidity and security data. Results may include false positives or false negatives and may be incomplete, delayed or affected by third-party data availability, chain conditions or provider outages.
The Services are not an audit, guarantee of safety, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, trading signal or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You remain responsible for your own decisions and independent verification.
6. User-initiated blockchain actions
Where a feature helps you prepare or initiate an on-chain action, the action remains subject to your wallet approval and the relevant blockchain network. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing. Network fees, transaction finality, smart-contract behavior and third-party wallet behavior are outside CycleX Network's direct control.
7. Plans, usage and availability
Features, monitored-asset limits, API usage, history, webhook capacity and other entitlements are determined by the active plan shown in the product. We may apply reasonable technical limits, anti-abuse controls, security measures and maintenance windows. Service levels may also depend on third-party infrastructure and blockchain networks.
We may improve, replace or discontinue features as the Services evolve over time. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice when required by applicable law or the applicable billing terms.
8. Paid subscriptions and Paddle
Paid CycleX Network subscriptions may be offered monthly or annually and automatically renew until canceled. The price, billing period and material subscription terms are shown before purchase.
Our online order process for Paddle-processed purchases is conducted by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for those transactions and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, billing administration and approved refunds under Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy. CycleX Network supplies and supports the software Services.
By completing a Paddle checkout, you also agree to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms for the purchase transaction.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the Paddle Customer Portal or the subscription-management controls made available in your CycleX Network account. Unless mandatory law or Paddle's applicable terms provide otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal charge.
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy and Paddle's applicable refund rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Intellectual property
CycleX Network and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, design, documentation, trademarks and related materials, excluding data or content that you lawfully provide. These Terms grant you only the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while your access remains valid and in accordance with these Terms.
11. Third-party services and public blockchain data
The Services may rely on or link to third-party infrastructure, blockchain networks, RPC providers, market or security data providers, authentication providers, analytics providers and payment providers. Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside our direct control. Public blockchain addresses and transactions may remain visible on-chain regardless of account deletion.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, investigate suspected abuse or security incidents, comply with law, respond to non-payment or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue. You may stop using the Services at any time.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete detection of every risk, or that any score, alert, event, incident, market measure or security indicator will predict future behavior.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CycleX Network will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CycleX Network's aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of the Services will not exceed the amount paid for the affected CycleX Network subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no subscription fees were paid. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Services, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised version is published. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
