1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid CycleX Network software subscriptions purchased through Paddle and to the subscription charges processed through that checkout.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription through the Paddle Customer Portal or the subscription-management controls made available by CycleX Network. Unless mandatory law or Paddle's applicable terms provide otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep paid access through that period and will not be charged for the next renewal.
3. Standard refund position
Except where required by law or where a refund is approved under Paddle's applicable refund rules, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the paid service has been made available. We do not normally provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time after cancellation.
4. When a refund may be appropriate
You may contact us or Paddle if you believe a refund should be considered, including for:
- a duplicate or incorrect charge.
- a material technical defect that prevents access to the paid service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- an unauthorized transaction, subject to verification.
- a statutory withdrawal or refund right that applies in your jurisdiction.
- another case where Paddle determines a refund is appropriate under its policies.
5. Statutory and Paddle rights
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Paddle's refund policy includes jurisdiction-specific rules and may provide rights that are broader than this standard CycleX Network policy. Where mandatory law or Paddle's buyer terms provide greater protection, those rules apply.
You can review Paddle's current Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
6. How to request a refund
For a Paddle-processed purchase, you can request billing or refund assistance through Paddle.net or through the support or manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt or Customer Portal. You may also contact support@cyclex.network so we can investigate a product or access issue.
Any approved refund for a Paddle-processed transaction is issued through Paddle to the applicable payment method. CycleX Network does not send a separate direct payment to replace a Paddle refund.
7. Effect of an approved refund
If a transaction is refunded, access associated with the refunded purchase may end or be adjusted as required to reflect the refunded subscription. The time required for refunded funds to appear may depend on Paddle, the payment method and the relevant financial institution.
8. Abuse, fraud and chargebacks
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse or other manipulative behavior, subject to applicable law and Paddle's policies. We may also suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate a disputed or unauthorized transaction.
9. Contact
For product or access support, contact support@cyclex.network. For Paddle transaction support, you may also use Paddle.net.
